Guarantee & Service Policy

This warranty is limited to the following Frontier Industrial Products that were originally purchased from an authorized Frontier Industrial distributor for: Equipment, one year; Diesel engine, one year; Gasoline engine, two years; Pressure Washer pump, ninety days. These products include Generators, Pressure Washers, Air Compressors, and Trash Pumps.

To Qualify for this Warranty:
The product must be purchased in the continental United States from an authorized Frontier distributor. This warranty begins at the time of the original purchase date from a Frontier distributor. Any subsequent buyer will have only the remaining time of the warranty from the original date.

What Prolite will Repair or Replace Under Warranty:
Prolite will repair or replace, as its option, any part that is proven to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty time period. Repairs made while under warranty will be performed without charge for parts or labor.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:
Take the equipment, along with proof of purchase, to an authorized Prolite Service Center, where Prolite's service and warranty department will repair or replace the equipment in accordance with warranty specifications. For locations and information on the service center closest to you, please contact us. Please be aware that transporting equipment to and from the service center is at your expense.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not extend to parts affected or damaged by accident, normal wear, general maintenance, fuel contamination or deterioration, unauthorized alteration of the equipment, misuse, neglect or any other causes than defects in material or workmanship of the product.

*The pump assembly of the pressure washer is specifically only warranted for 90 days from the time of original purchase.
*Warranties on equipment sold to rental companies are 90 days.
